1. Warranty Coverage

All Fiorvexa products include a 30-day quality assurance warranty starting from the date your order is delivered.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing or production defects
  • Loose seams, stitching errors, or construction flaws
  • Faulty zippers, buttons, clasps, or closures
  • Fabric defects or imperfections present upon arrival
  • Incorrect item, size, color, or variant received
  • Damage incurred during shipping

If your issue falls under any of the categories above, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

2. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover

The following situations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage caused by washing, drying, steaming, or ironing
  • Shrinking, fading, stretching, or pilling over time
  • Stains from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or personal care products
  • Accidental damage such as tears, holes, burns, or pulled threads
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or alterations
  • Items returned with strong odors (smoke, perfume, chemicals, etc.)
  • Final sale or clearance items (when applicable)

These issues are not classified as quality defects.

3. How to File a Warranty Claim

  • A brief description of the problem

4. Approved Warranty Solutions

If your claim is approved, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Free replacement (same item, color, and size, subject to availability)
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Store credit for a future purchase

All shipping costs related to approved warranty claims are fully covered by Fiorvexa.

5. Warranty Timeframe

Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for warranty coverage.
