1. How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Once shipped:

  • France & Germany: delivery usually takes 2–3 business days
  • Other EU countries: delivery may take 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping and free returns on all orders over €30.
For orders under €30, a standard shipping fee applies and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
All prices shown on our website include VAT.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a link.
This allows you to follow your delivery in real time until it reaches you.

Changes are only possible before the order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may still return it after delivery.

6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all orders.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

7. How do I start a return?

To begin a return, email us at contact@fiorvexa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief explanation

We will send you the return instructions and address.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email clear photos of the issue to contact@fiorvexa.com, and we’ll arrange either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

10. Are Fiorvexa products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All Fiorvexa products come with a 30-day quality warranty, covering manufacturing defects or issues present upon arrival.

11. Do you ship outside France and Germany?

Yes, we ship to most EU countries.
